Privacy and site notice
Last updated:
This page explains what happens to your information when you visit the Giggles Photography website. We have kept it short and plain.
Who we are
Giggles Photography is a pop-up portrait studio that visits shopping centres. The business is run by Giggles Photography (ACN 653 350 255). You can contact us at hello@gigglesphotography.com.au, or by message on Instagram or Facebook.
What this website collects
This website has no forms, accounts or shopping cart. It does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies, which is why you will not see a cookie banner.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
The fonts on this site are served from our own website rather than from Google or another third party.
Instagram and Facebook
We link to our Instagram and Facebook pages, and we use them to share where the pop-up is each week and to answer questions. If you follow those links or message us there, that platform's own privacy policy applies to what you share and how it is used.
Photos of children
We only publish photos of children on this website or our social media channels with the permission of a parent or guardian. If you would like a photo taken down, contact us and we will remove it.
Questions or complaints
If you have a question about your information, or want us to remove a photo or a message you sent us, contact us at hello@gigglesphotography.com.au. If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (opens in a new tab).
Using this site
The photos and words on this website belong to Giggles Photography or are used with permission. Please ask before reusing them.
We take care to keep this site accurate, but locations and promotions change often. Our Instagram Giggles Location highlight always has the latest.
Changes to this page
If we change how this website works, we will update this page and the date at the top.
